Steve attached is a photo of the original software on the TFT (and the latest).  This worked for me apart from some flaky map connections.  All changed after my service on the 28th April and I got the new TFT software.

So, I have spent a couple of very frustrating nights trying to get this thing to work, I have tried connecting the TFT to the Sena SRL as: 1. Phone 1 2. I have thought about running a cable from the pocket as well.  I planned to cut a small nick out of the edge of the lid for the cable

That's a 21 RT you have a USB charging port in the right hand pocket why not run it to there?

This might help a bit with getting the TFT and App under control.

On my Samsung Galaxy S10 I can be attached to my home network and still display maps on the bike. 


On Android its seems to use Wi-Fi direct, there is nothing in my phone setup to see it attached to the bike on Wi-Fi only the connection on Bluetooth.

I have not been able to get album art to appear using Amazon Music or Samsung Music.  The artwork appears on the phone but not on the TFT, looks like its not working, you can use the App to log a support ticket and see what BMW say.

Try playing music using a media player, I use Samsung music or Amazon music and can scroll forwards or backwards through tracks.
