My RT is 2015 vintage and coming from a heavier  K1200GT I don't understand  why I struggle with it- My technique hasn't changed, so must be old age! :alas:

Sure I have read on other forums ,applying the rear brake pedal increases braking effect. Personally only use it in panic mode where 40 odd years biking logic kicks in automatically.

No , not at home all week , so cannot do until after Easter, have a good run out all the same.

Like wot I said above, when I'm on the bike STUFF THE PHONE.  In the pannier, switched off, where I can use it when not riding.  For me riding is a release from the chatter and racket that life has become.  Oh no, it's started: I sound like my Dad. :) +1- Yes and you can ...

Wow great ride, good write up and nice views.  Don't fancy gravel roads at all though.

Looks good to me if it does not hinder anything. All I need now is to convince wife to be my pillion- naaah prefer solo riding, no nagging, no music, just me, engine noise, clunks and big grins

My  Jaguar has adaptive LEDs and puts running lights on the front in good light and rear lights are on permanently, good light or bad. It sees around corners with extra lights also, God knows how much to replace them if stone shatters them!  I have more of a problem with the idiots...
