Re: Refusing to start !
That GSA is only 12 months old 😜 I was leaning to the switch, but I’m not sure .... over the past couple of months, I have seen the battery symbol come up, and the dash reset itself, I usually have it on MPH, and it resets to the RT logo ! So I was happy to go along with the mechanic’s call on the b...

Re: What did you do today?
We should have been on our Swiss alps tour this week so to make up for it I took the missis on the Isle of Wight Ferry and had a pootle around the island. Back in Glasto for the night. Just back from the IOW, went on to the Island on Tuesday and left Friday, so a couple of RT’s while there .... 4 m...

Same as riding with thicker style winter gloves on, just wear summer gloves and turn up the heated grips.
Not recommended in 32c Spanish heat David

Re: Throttle Gizmo
I tend to get it in summer during a long ride. are when touring, I put it down to the thin summer gloves I wear, definitely not as bad with a thicker glove ... only happens to the right hand (awaits silly comments )

Re: Insurance quote weirdness.
Just spent 90 minutes trawling through comparison sites and got my insurance a bit lower. Same company as my renewal (Hastings Direct),but I got it for £104 instead of their quote for £108. Not a massive win, but better in my pocket than theirs!. Just depends how you value your 90 minutes...
