The average owner doesn't lay his bike on it's side and practice 'the technique' so is usually faced with the prospect red faced and frantic when it does happen. I follow a French YouTube rider called Tounsi. He got pulled over for a wheelie I believe and they gave him a breathalyzer test. Is that normal protocol for every stop?
