No they are not. Got an answer from BMW with a picture where the hole is. The newer smaler one have the hole at the end.

Thinking about slime again. The rotation of the wheel flings the slime to the outside of the tyre carcase and when at stop the liquid settles at the bottom of the tyre. Nice to have that as an option. There are air bag vests that have back protectors so you don't need one in the jacket. Plus some of them have a lower level of protection and you end up buying a better one anyway.

I know maybe too late for you but this video shows how to service the rear brake caliper to keep it working great.

If you are just "touching" it then that is the problem as something is too sensitive. Both of mine, 17 GSA & 21 RT, require a real/conscious effort to engage system. Never had a problem just doing it old school and not even using Pro shift too.
