Re: Gearchange Assist
The bike must be pulling on the upchange. If you hold the throttle still or the engine overruns it will clunk or refuse to change. Some find changing up at higher revs makes it smooth but you must be pulling. Ah! Right. Thats what I'm doing wrong, holding throttle steady. Will t...

Thanks to this forum I tried shutting the throttle and pressing the gearlever without clutch. To my suprise the engine revved it...

Re: Auxilary elec. point
Wonder whether to just use the front din socket. If it rains the plug in the back of the garmin would get water in. I had planned to unplug it and run on its own battery if it rained anyway if hardwired.

Re: Auxilary elec. point
Thanks guys,
I have just spoke to the dealer who said that it was easy and there are two fuses under the seat, one is through the ignition and to piggyback on this. Anyone else done this?
Apologies, should have put this in "Electrical"

Re: Top Box brake light
I fit one from the dealers. Easy fit just plug and play. You need something thin to push out the plastic centre pins of retaining plastic pop rivet type fasteners when dismantling. This is what I used.
