Re: Rev limiter
I have a 23 model GS and from what I've read BMW have done something in the ecu to stop people pulling the clutch on and revving the nuts out of the engine, I think mine his some sort of limiter at around 6k while coasting with the clutch pulled on. The end of the line for tunnel symphonies

Re: Remap for an R1250RT - any experience??

Re: Yorkshire Wolds June 25th
As things stand, I know I'm going to struggle with a full day event, especially in this heat. Rather than cancelling at the last minute, I'm wondering if someone else will take this ride on as it will be a good un. Sorry to bale but health and safety come first. The situation may improve as the sea...

I'm more than happy with my Schuberth C3 Pro and wouldn't hesitate in buying another one when the time comes.

Re: Yorkshire Wolds June 25th
Back in my RT days we used to strap a self contained GPS device to the bike and away we went. I realise that things have moved on now. Does the all singing and dancing TFT unit act like a Carplay system (among other things) and mimic the BMW Connected App programme on your phone? If so, how do you ...

Re: Engine Overheat?
@motormuis welcome to the forum This is an old thread and @MrW hasn't visited since 2021! Anyway do these bikes have an oil cooler? Yes they do, but unless your actually moving and creating airflow through the cooler it doesn't really do anything. The only real answer is fitting a fan like the RTp ...

Re: Power socket
Is it plugged in at the back? You have to disconnect it when you remove the fairing panel, it might not have been plugged back in.
