hi, can anyone tell me how much oil goes into rear hub and grade? Also for gearbox and oil grade its for my 05 r1200rt thanks.

yes drive shaft came free with a bit of pressure with small bar. so all good thanks.

yes thanks, all out complete final drive took my time and well pleased I done it myself. il get new potentiometer fitted new gear box oil in and rear drive  oil replaced. new brake pads, suspension given the once over while its out. its a good time to clean all around the bike aswell ready ...

Hi can anyone give me advice on the removal of the driveshaft from the gearbox on a r1200rt 05 model, any info greatly received many thanks.

Hi, I am trying to remove the potentiometer from the gearbox, would anyone know the correct spanner to use? its not metric but a star shape male fitting. if you have removed one before be good for information thanks.

hi, has anyone had a problem with the gear selection indicator on the display mine is giving the wrong gear. if the bike is in neutral the gear display would read 2nd and so on. my bike is an 05 bmwr1200rt.

hi, my bike is an 05 r1200rt with 16000 miles on the clock but I think the clutch is slipping a bit, is there any adjustment I can make?
