Thanks all, much as I expected, looks like BMW for this service anyway, wil move to doing myself when warranty is about to expire.

Hi all, getting near to my 6K miles service on my 2020 RT. I have had a check around the bike and all is ok, all I have had to do to it is a new rear tyre, brakes etc all look fine. I have serviced my own bike for the last 40 yrs so no issue with doing this one myself, apart from not having any diag...

Lovely looking bike Simbo, would love one of them ... as a second bike, dont fancy doing 2 or 3 hundred miles in a day on the Bonny.. Reallly like some of the triumph models, but not the Tiger 1200 which would be the only offering they have close to what I need, thats why I changed my Triumph Trophy...

Had a doudle around Glasgow city centre, this bike is so veratile....... no problem crawling about lookin for photo oppertunities.

Will have a go at the voice commands at the weekend, I have started using the radio on the Cardo when the album Im listening to ends.... it's easier.

Thanks both, my phone is connected to the Nav and then the nav to my headset, I dont use the phone for music, like Arek I have music stored on the Nav's memory card. Very limited functionality via the handlebar controls. I did notice last weekend that the voice commands on my Scala headset did contr...

Stopped in the Leadhills, had a flask of coffee and took a few photos...... Set up my DSLR on a tripod beside the bike, appoogies to all that thought it was a police speed trap and sh*t themselves  :wonder:

Are you trying to get a large speedo on the Nav VI... not quite following your post


I have the digita speedo on the bike's screen, never seen it on the Nav screen apart from the smal box below the map.

will have a look at the weekend, like the idea of being able to use the Nav VI to control it, will look into that

Thanks both,, not so keen on the under light version, was thinking more about around the bars / not sure about how behind the screen would work..

Anyone sucessfully mounted a go pro or similar to their RT? Had a quick search and can only see the bracket type that sits in front of the screen,, not so keen on that type.
