Another one from the UK
Looking forward to seeing this forum develop.
Just back from completing the "Wild Atlantic Way" on the west coast of Ireland - first decent tour on the RT and loving it!

Yes, lets hope this place gets better.

I've got the R1200RT SE with a few farkles fitted - fender extender, crud catcher, zumo 550 with a migsel bar - (great position to see the zumo), large top box and inner bags and a one piece comfort seat (much better than standard).

I tried to upload a couple of pics to the gallery, but it keeps asking me to create a category - not too sure what it means by this?

Click on "Gallery" in top menu
Then click on "MYGALLEY" on the new menu showing up.

Then select "My Galley" under Gallery Name

There you can add a "Sub Category", Add pictures and/or videos

How did you & your RT get on with the "WAW", http://www.wildatlanticway.com/home/, I find sometimes that my 2012 RT struggles with poor road surfaces & bumps, particularly when 2 Up.

I usually just "back off" a little bit for the comfort of my Pillion. Having previously managed to damage wheels, I'm apprehensive on poor roads.

I find myself saying "we need a GS", with a 19" Front wheel & longer travel suspension.
