Low seat swap

Post by slparry »

My recently acquired 12RT LC LE has a factory low heated seat, anyone with a standard heated seat want to swap for a low one?

Update
after checking the part number on the seat it appears that the previous owner had changed the seat for a high seat, which now I've put it in the highest position is great for me (and my knee bend)

Hello.  I'd be interested in a swap.

To tag onto this, I've got a low standard (non-heated) seat that I'd like to trade for a standard height, if someone wants to do a trade without heat.

Edit: just saw the original posters were from Europe, which probably wouldn't be ideal due to the high shipping cost.  Hopefully those in the states can see this as well.  :kacsint2:

not sure how the wc rt's are but the '11s radio is a waste of weight and space. its only good for sitting in a quiet parking lot so you can hear lol

Without the radio the space makes a great document storage box : )

Hi.  Just recently bought a 64 plate RT 1200 with heated standard seat.  Looking to swop for a low seat - anyone help? Doesn't need to be a heated seat.

I bought a 2010 Rt three months ago with low rider heated seat fitted and I am looking to swop for normal rider heated seat. Bike has done 11k and seat was fitted as an option on purchase. If yours is an LC, I don't know if they are swopable?

It denotes the year of registration in the UK, therefore the approx age of the bike. 64 plate registered between 1st Sept 2014 and 28th Feb 2015

Sure thing. I can get my paperwork, owners manual and a rain jacket in there.
