Brake pedal adjustment

Post by Rwslater »

i have a 2015 1200RT and put lowering foot pegs on.  I adjusted the shifter down already (easiest job I have ever done on any vehicle), now I'd like to adjust the brake pedal down a bit.  Just looking at it, it doesn't look like it will be as easy as the shifter.  Has anyone done this and have any advice? Pictures maybe?

Thanks
Ron

You can undo the clevis pin and screw the rod in or out of the cylinder to adjust the pedal. Put the same kit on mine.

I need to raise the brake pedal on a 2012 rt.
It doesn't look to be much adjustment.  There's a stop screw near front of the pedal and the rod to the cylinder.  Would that give me around half inch adjustment at pedal end?
