Death of a biker- Drink Drive petition

Attached link is for a petition regarding heavier sentences for drink driving. I have no connection with the family, but the biker was killed on one of my regular routes. Please sign and help the cause -

Bigger problem is the fact people who drive impared generally show no remorse, and believe they are not accountable for their actions
My strong belief if you drive impared and cause a death, it should be considered second degree murder with a very minimum sentence of 15 years not reduceable, once released a lifetime ban on driving,
