Final Drive Noise On CenterStand(ad infinitum)

2006 R12RT . Bike has over 102k miles and runs like a dream. Has never had any FD issues across previous two owners.[/font][/size]Recently detected noises from FD/DS...Removed Swing Arm and DS to find a fish-mouthed front boot on Trans end and typical resulting corrosion on DS U-Joint(Trans end). Sent the DS away and received and re-installed a Rebuilt DS(not same one). With bike on Center Stand and running steadily in gear, lots of nefarious clanking. Test riding(no helmet or earplugs) produces nothing abnormal. Coasting at speed in Neutral produces nothing abnormal. Coasting from speed to full stop with engine off produces nothing abnormal. [/size] Any thoughts or ideas?
