Disconnecting battery - impact?

Hi all - I will be disconnecting my battery soon to install some new lights, and also want to clean up the terminals and apply a fresh coat of dielectric grease to them.  I haven't done this before, will I lose all settings?  Radio presets, bluetooth pairings, etc...  Wasn't sure if they have a separate watch battery that retains these settings.

Not sure about your radio and pairing but I think not.  You will loose the clock so your service light will come on.  Easiest fix is plug in the Nav which will reset your clock .
