I've just retired.  Staying in the UK and doing the ROUND BRITAIN RALLY.  If you live in UK and have not had a try at it, give it a look (http://www.roundbritainrally.co.uk/).  I know that some of the folk on here do take part.  It's a lot of fun, this is my 11th or 12th.  Essentially, you pay a few quid and get a list of landlarks.  Then you have to research them and take a pic of your bike there.  There is at least one landmark in every UK county, so you'll get to every corner of our fair Isle.  Addictive though!

Trip to France and the Pyrenees in six weeks time. About 2500 miles over 12 days. Portsmouth overnight ferry there and back.
