Alarm

Hi, I've a R1200RT on a 16 plate, the bike runs fine with no issues other than I can't turn the alarm on or off using the key fob.
If I set it to auto, it set's with no issue after 30 sec, but I still can't turn it off with the fob.
And yes I've but new batteries in both fobs but still no joy.
Has anyone had this or could please offer a fix

You could try Logon of remote controls in the owners manual page 82 if its same as my 2014 book assuming you have one.
