RT Seats

Post by RoyVernon »

Hello

I've recently returned to BM tourers; my last being a K1100LT back in the '90s; and I now have a 2019 R1250RT.
Mine is a simple question, I have been offered a low front seat off R1200; and the seller has assured me that it will also fit the 1250 equally well

The question is, will it?

Thoughts please
Best wishes

Is the R 1200 RT low front seat heated or not, black or brown. Armed with a part no., a cross check can be made on which models the seat will fit.

If it is off the 2014 LC onwards bike, it will fit, they are still using the same seats. I have a 2014 and a 1250 and the seats are interchangeable.

Thanks for the replies lads
It is most certainly heated; and black in colour. I will chase up a part no (it is to be had): and as to which model it comes off, a late model for sure
Cheers for the imput
