Re: Your best R1200/1250 Pic
Hello
This picture is my first ride on the Dragon Tail with the new BMW R1250RT. This is my favorite picture of the RT, and it was taken by camera crews setting along the road at the best curves and selling the photos online for $7. Well, as for the RT I was a little disappointed on the Dragon Tail, the power was certainty there, but the suspension seemed spongy. It turns out, I didn't realize that to get into Dynamic mode on the Rt I needed to set the engine and the suspension to dynamic mode, the suspension was set in comfort mode. On my Triumph Trophy, I only needed to set it to sport mode and it was good to go. When I got home, I looked into the manual and found out how to set the suspension into dynamic mode and have been using it since then.

Hotel Zur Post Klotten in Germany, 2007 Hexhead inside secure old village hall parking adjacent to the hotel. First Euro trip in 2007 on an RT with the local IAM group.

2010 Camhead outside Hotel Zur Post in 2012, the wooden door is the access to the parking.

Went to Klotten in 2015 on my current 2012 Camhead but haven't got a photo.

Thanks to David for posting the Pic of my old 2008 Hexhead pictured at our favourite "Bolthole" La Traversiere, Chambre D'hote in the Drome area of Northern Provence. We stayed there over 30 times in a 15 year period. Fantastic friendly hospitality, great food and cracking roads. Sadly our hosts retired back to Derbyshire a few years ago but we still have the memories. (Our Gee)
