Dodging exhaust flap bullets!!
Re: Dodging exhaust flap bullets!!
Just spoke to my two local dealers to book my 4 year old bike in for its annual service. Prices have gone up, one quoted £430 the other £390. That is a big wedge especially as I've only done 2.5k since the last service, done most of my riding on our fleet bikes

My last BMW dealer service was in December 2022. It cost £63 labour only for an oil & filter change plus F&R brake fluid change. This included FOC collection & delivery. I supplied my own oil (£28.50) & filter (£5.50). The total cost for parts & labour was £97.

Yes, not 72,200 . I’m hoping not to have to go back again, it’s a 100ml round trip which my wife has to do in the car to fetch me home,

, I could have arranged a loan bike but even more advance warning needed, normally running 12 weeks ahead.

Wow, that's a long time. Who are you using?
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
