Nav 6 BT disconnecting.....

Help! Bought a 2nd hand nav 6 only used a few times. Connected Nav 6 to my Samsung Android phone via blue tooth. Disconnected after 10 seconds. Repeated attempts, same issue. Phone works fine with any other devices via BT.

R1200RT K52.

Grateful for any suggestions please.

Have you tried a factory (hard) reset?
