Stop & Go Saved the Day

Post by Levisp »

Just had a glorious 3 days in Sedan France with the wife. However on our way home had just got onto the A24 heading towards Rethel when the steering started to feel heavy ! Pulled over to discover a flat rear. Occasionally  you get lucky, the culprit a small hole about an inch off centre. The Stop & Go Plugger Kit plus my Slime Compressor had the problem solved and back on the road in 30 minutes. First time I have used the kit and it worked a treat. Joined the Autoroute A26 North of Reims and stopped at the first services to check pressure, all good, so carried on for Calais. Got home early evening. So if your off touring on the bike this Summer be prepared, you never know. :)

I carry the aerosol type. Never needed it so don't know how good it is. I also have breakdown cover just in case!
