RTWC Alarm

Post by Bertie »

How long has anyone left their 2014/15 RT alarm continuously set and did it significantly drain the battery? I ask as when I am on holiday the bike may be left at the hotel unused for upto 3 days with the alarm set.

Bertie I left my bike alarmed for over two weeks and it fired up first time. When I set my alarm I did not consciously think about the battery just did it and it was fine. On several occasion I would park up at Stansted Airport on a Friday morning to return on Sunday night never ever a problem.

It is on, i'll think it was 10 days, then its unalarmed.

Thanks! I guessed the drain wouldn't be significant I was just interested to see how long others had kept the bike alarmed for at any one time.
