Testing upload of one of your photos !

Using Attachments and other options...
Clicking - Browse to find the image ...
And - the pulldown (at the right of the Browse button) set to "End-pf-post expandable thumbnail"

And - pressing "Post"

Seems to work !
What sort of internett line/supplier to you use ?
If you have two images of 1.3MB = 2.6MB + overhead and the message - close to 3MB.
If your upload speed is to slow - you could bang into the "max transfer timeout" ??

They look good.  I have a couple of lids in my shed (not off my RT) damaged just where you have stuck them.

Got the protectors this morning and stuck um on.  Cant go wrong for £9.99. Lids without the painted top cost £100.00 + each.

Hi Steinar - sorry for all the work this has caused, but I have followed your instruction to post the same photo I sent you and it still goes to page not found. I even tried to post it from a friends laptop I have and it did the same thing. My isp is TalkTalk and my current speed is 4MB. The picture will not load into the gallery also the same thing happens.

Good to hear you got the protectors, they could have been made for the job! I am pleased you can confirm they are in the right place as the only way I could estimate where to put them was to place a straight edge from the side of the tyre up against the pannier side. Whist in Halfords I found some red reflectors 7cmx3cm they come in packs of 2. I have put one on the mudguard under the number plate and brighten the back end up a little.

If it helps here's a couple of pics.  It's the raised edge in the lid that seems to touch down first and these strips should do the job.

Pleased to help. I should be getting commission from Halfords, I bet they are wondering why sales have suddenly gone up.

You got to hope the 1600 Forum don't discover your find.  There will be a long queue and definitely none available .
