Looks like it, but I've only seen the UK and German version up to now.

Only got mine on 2nd fen and have ridden most days. Today was the first when I haven't had the temp warning, I've been as low as -3.5 degrees. Never felt so safe on a bike and gear shift assist is great for keeping my left hand(finger tips) on the heated grip!
