Thanks for the post. Now it will be interesting to see what kind of mileage everyone will be getting with the tires of choice. I hope that as we change tires we can post mileage in a specific  place on the forum such as a poll noting what type of riding, one up or two up, interstate, load weight average and such.

Would probably need a separate thread for each tyre choice, like the one for Metzeler Z8's, http://www.1200rt.com/index.php/topic,1110.0.html.

Are you running Michelin PR4's on a 2014 LC RT.

Yes,  they came on the bike when I bought it. I can give a pretty good accounting of them when we get back from our trip out west in June. I should have around 8000 miles on them by the time we get home assuming they last that long.
