BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

Hello everyone.  I just got a 2015 RT, keyless.  My question is if anyone knows whether the SW Motech tank bag with ring will fit on the bike with the keyless option.  I only ask because Twisted Throttle said the model won't be out until this summer.  However, I notice in a thread on here that it looks like some members are using the tank bag on their RTs.  Problem is, I can't tell whether their bikes are keyless or not; thanks!

As the keyless option is only on the 2015 models I suspect nobody has yet.   

Hi Frank and welcome. You may have seen pictures of my bike with the SW Motech tank bag but unfortunately my bike is a 2014 non keyless. Best plan would be to email SW Motech for advice about your bike.
