Well thats a poor experience I guess you wont be insuring with them again. I tend to change insurance companies on a regular basis and have gone from and to CN a couple of times over the last 10 years and not had your experience. I will probably change this year so we will see how it goes. Personally I find most insurance companies or brokers a pain in the rear end.

I got identical cover with Bennetts for £150, Carole Nash wanted almost double, they wonder why we shop around.
Love my family almost as much as my 90th anniversary RT

Got a Quote from BMW Warranty Services.

£361 with £0 Excess, £332 with £50 Excess or £307 with £100 Excess + £27 for Breakdown Cover.

They do offer a monthly "Pay as you Go" option, I was quoted £32 per month.

Seems like the best option may be to pay for 12 months, then cancel it with a £25 admin fee & get a pro rata refund.
