2015 R1200RT - programming FM Stations ???

Post by NoVaBob »

The Germans must've had help from the KIA or Nissan writing the instructions for programming FM stations manually.  Trying exactly as written (and several other keystroke attempts), I can't get the MODE button to give me  FM + MAN on the display for multi-controller access to stations.  Is it multi-touch, or hold it down, or ......?

Once you get FM AS showing, press mode button and display changes to FM mem, press mode again and it changes to FM man. Normal press and release.

I have a some what related question, when you have it in Manual mode can you increment the station number manually, eg move it from 97fm to 97.5, 98 etc. because when I move the wheel to the right or left it auto seeks the next station which goes past the station number I want to set.

thanks
