If headlights are compulsory can you use daytime running lights instead?
The last I heard, but this is back in April 2014 was the French Government was trying to pass two new laws that effect motorcyclists:
1. Law governing speed in outside of built up areas to 50kph
2. Law governing the prohibition of filtering
Neither of which has been passed to my knowledge, but will keep you updated of its outcome or someone enlighten me please.
