Wrong fuel!

Did the same thing with my Harley. Rode a ltitle ways and the bike just stopped running.  Sratched my head and realized I  also put diesel in
.Was towed to Harley shop they drained tank and replaced the spark plugs.  Ran fine.  Only did it once and didn't tell hardly anybody till now.
