The opinion I expressed is, as you have probably guessed, based on "looks" only. I have no interest in riding the Triunph although I wouldn't mind a go on the RT LC.richardbd wrote:

Surely "looks" must count to some degree. I do appreciate that we are all different and that certain attributes of a bike are more important to some than others. One of the problems is that there are not that many dedicated "Tourers" on the market to choose from. If you want a Sports bike you are spoilt for choice but when it comes to proper Tourers I can only think of about three that would fit my own requirements, and two of them are BMW's.BMjoe64 wrote:
