Nice pics! Would you mind posting a close up pic of your CB antenna mount and base? Also, what brand and where did you purchase? Thanks!

I'll have to take some pics this weekend.  CB is a J&M 2003 that I removed from my FJR.  CB mount is modified from a C14 Concourse mounted to the top of a RAM mount.  I revised the antenna mount to be able to use a top case whenever needed.  I likes the original better but this one covers both options.

CB pix.

First one is the original bracket that just cleared the rack.  Looked good but cannot mount a top case
with it.  It did not require drilling the rack.  The bent piece was on top and the other sandwiched the
rack from the bottom.

Image

CB mount is from my C14 but flattened out straight.  Ram ball holds it in place very well.  Had it mounted
almost the same on my FJR.  It allows easy reach to the PTT switch.

This bracket looks like crap to me without the top case.  I just have not found a better way to do it yet.
There are 2 large metal supports from the underside of the rack.

Thanks JK! I had the same clutch clamp Ram mount on the K16, where it mounts horizontally as opposed to vertically on the RT. Your antenna mount has my wheels turning now...
