Problem with Installation on 2012 RT

Trying to swap 660 cradle for 590 one. Managed to pull through 660 cable after cutting ends off. Unable to get clocks off as can't undo allen screws on fascia. Been trying with a decent allen key. Any ideas?
Only had the bike a week so don't know my way around it yet.

The fascia screws are Torx heads.

I did look, they looked like allen heads. Do you know what size?

Thanks. If I haven't got one it'll have to wait for this week. I've managed to rig it up temporarily for now. I also wasn't getting power from old 660 wiring so I've had to use the accessory socket for now. I believe there is supposed to be a connector somewhere for the GPS.
Not sure about Canbus yet.

Where was the 660 cable connected.  The correct connection is underneath the headlight, normally cable tied to the centre frame bar.

On my 2012 (non-Audio) RT, the lead would plug in to the socket which has 2 wires (Red/White & Brown).

This photograph shows 3 sockets, (may be different on a bike with Audio) but the power socket is the top one.

Second photo is what you normally find but with the black cap missing.  There is an adaptor part to connect no BMW GPS cables .

Thanks for that I assume the Garmin GPS's connect to this other plug as well. Have to get myself some more Torx tools.

Loving the bike. Ten years since I had an RT.

Only the BMW Navigators come with the correct plug.  All the rest need an adaptor.

Does anyone know if the audio version is the same as this?

So far as I am aware the GPS power socket is the same on all .  It has nothing to do with the audio unit on pre 2014 bikes.
