BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

Based on the recommendations here, I ordered a seat from Sargent 3 weeks ago.
I phoned today to inquire about it, they could Not find the records or where and what ...!? :grave: .... Do I have a reason to worry...?  Anybody had a similar experience ... ???

That depends on if they have your money.

They are an honest business so no issue on that front. At the end of the day you have paid for an item to be delivered and it's for them to get it to you. If it goes missing in transit it's their problem not yours.


If you paid by PayPal or credit card so much the better as both have an added level of protection for you.
