New for 2017

Post by richardbd »

I see that there's to be a new Alpine White RT in the range for 2017.

That'll help lots of people play at being policemen - especially in conjunction with their Polite vests...

How cool will that be, white looks really good on the K1600. Won't be as fast as my quartz blue though  :)

Any pictures of the Alpine White RT?  I don't (and will never!) have a Polite vest but interested to see what it looks like as I think it is a good colour, be it quick or slow:-) Peter

Judder damper on the transmission, ABS Pro and Ride Mode Pro for 2017. Now there are three options designed to put the price up. I for one can't imagine  ever needing two of them and what's this judder all about.

I agree and as the Forum's "official" colour Tzar, I give them my blessing - even though they are clearly just using the two tins of paint left over from when they used to use the best/fastest colour...

I had a 1600 Exclusive in white.  Lets hope they put the white RT together better as that was a pile of sh-t.

For sure more showroom technical bull. Will be interesting if they have done anything about our current moans, I'm not holding my breath. It will be lighter paint will be an option. ;)

So, we still have to keep it in the purpose-made lockable side pocket then?

That's a good idea, out of sight, out of mind.  It's nice to see they haven't done anything stupid with the power though. Rumours of 155bhp were just that.
