That looks very nice.

It's clearly been very well looked after.

I'm never fussed about colour (Two of my last three have been yellow) but yes I like this one's colour, I'm 5'9" and tip toeing a bit but I think we'll get on me and my leggy bird!  ;D

Interesting bike.  The black ones were the last in the line and originally all had matching top boxes and some even had Nav IVs.  The go faster stripes and the cover on the clocks are not standard though, but it looks nice. I had one for about 18 months then swapped it for a 1600. We all make mistakes.

What cover on the clocks?

On the 05 to 09 the clocks had no plastic shroud on them.  In 2010 they got the cover fitted but it was still the same underneath.  Maybe this one is not the black special they made right near the end of 2009.

Lovely looking bike,  what's your inside leg?  I'm 5'8" and 32 inside leg and didn't have to tip toe on mine.
Is the seat on high setting?

30" inside leg and I can get the balls of my feet down ok, but a quick shift to the side get's a foot planted either side!

I suspect someone got this stickered up to look like the special, It was also advertised as a twin cam which it aint, it didn't make the bargaining with the tight little dealer any easier  >:( but I'm happy with it and cant wait to get some miles in, take those panniers off and get a topbox on it!

Don't take the panniers off.  Any tip over without them is VERY VERY EXPRNSIVE. End cans, drive shafts , foot peg hangers cost a lot more than a scuffed lid.
