Digital display while radio is on.

I have the display setup to show the digital spedometer, I find this much easier to read than the analog dial. When I turn the radio on, it takes over the display, showing the radio station, song, etc... Does anyone know if it's possible to have the radio on but not have it take over the display?

No it's not possible to have both at the same time. Owners have been complaining about it since 2012 when the digital speedo first appeared on the K1600

Yup, a real error by the mothership, and if past experience is any indicator BMW will not listen to us and this feature will not be given to us!
