I'm sure most of us own more than one pair, so what do you use and recommend?

I find that on the LC glove choice is not a big problem as your hands are very well protected from the elements.  My main problem has been too well protected and its very easy to end up with sweaty palms.
Vented gloves are essential in the summer and even in colder conditions I find waterproof summer gloves enough.

I agree with RTman 10.  Because the hands are well protected and if necessary the grips can be heated, I never seem to need anything more than lightweight gloves.  I never use the assortment of heavyweight gloves I  accumulated during my Harley days.

Yep same for me. Although I use my Weise Victory's (from my Harley days) all the time.

Bought a pair of Held air n dry brilliant gloves, vented and then 100% waterproof when required. Spring/Autumn glove, not a winter glove. Read the reviews, get good write ups

I have the BMW Pro Summer ones.  My only complaint I have with them is after a couple of years of use the black leather across the knuckles turned brown.  They never leak though but then again they hardly ever get wet on the LC.  My summer choice is the BMW Airflow glove.

I cannot ride without gloves because I've been riding with them so long. I try at least once a season but my palms sweat and it feels awful and I go back to the gloves. Since I mostly only ride in warm weather I do only have the one pair. I ride them until they fall apart. Had a set a while back for a long time - so long I can't remember what brand they were. I prefer something with breathable cloth and knuckle protection from impact of rocks and bugs and whatnot. Current pair is a pair of Harley Davidson gloves that after looking long and hard were just right for me.

Even trying to ride without gloves I would suggest is not the thing to do.  Being hit by the odd bug will be nothing to what will happen to your hands in any type of tip over.

Yes, I think that no gloves is not something I want to try.

Looking for a summer pair currently.

Might look for a pair with gore tex.

Would like to have a pair for a few years so willing to pay a bit extra.
