I have an Optimate 4, purchased with the lead that connects in to the accessory socket on the bike. It's now on at least my third BMW motorcycle, is more than 5 years old, and still going strong. Definitely no regrets on that purchase.

Same as me, but you need to understand if it doesn't have a BMW badge on it, it is crap and not worthy  :whistle:
