I had a black (Royal blue) one.  It was definitely not slow.  Probably the same as the grey RT .

Road for me most of the time, found Dynamic a bit to responsive and as for RAIN!!! You guys actually use them in the rain!! 😳😂

I'm colour blind, so all mine go fast.
