Commuting in Washington DC

Post by PatriotBMW »

Well today was an interesting ride home with the surprise snow and drop to 28 degrees today!  I must say I was perfectly comfortable temperature wise throughout the 18 mile ride.  The traction control noticeably kicked in twice, but other than that - no dramas to report. I must say that over the past 6 months and 7000 miles of commuting I LOVE THIS MOTORCYCLE!

Lived in the DC area for 8 years. Try mc courier work year round with nothing more than hippo hands and a throat coat. I wore a snowmobile suit and imitation Sorels. The minus days with the wind howling up the Potomac on sketchy roads kicked my ass! Welcome to the forum and nice Beemer!
