I have an LC without audio, my brother has one with audio.  We both have BMW helmets with the BMW Bluetooth communicators. As far as I know, the satnav can't communicate via the audio system speakers.
I can't help with a recommendation for a Bluetooth device to fit your Arai - sorry.

I have a 2014 LC with audio and can hear the Nav5 through the speakers.

Any bluetooth will fit the Arai, look at Sena or Scala if going for non BMW BT. I use a Pactalk from Scala and it will fit in any helmet
