BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

just installed the Motochello unit today but am concerned about the water resestant. I have it mounted under the seat but it may get wet from rain or washing. Let me know if you have any experience with the unit. Blue tooth is much better with the sm10 system!  Great mod.

In the box with mine there was a handlebar mounting kit.  However there is no mention in the instruction book about waterproofing or lack off.  I think you can assume it's weather resistant, i.e. Don't jet wash it.
