The option with mars red/slate grey paint seems to have what is described as a "sports windshield". It looks a bit smaller in area than the standard one but the fairing looks the same. Has anyone seen one or tried one?

Not seen it but they did exactly the same thing with the 1600GT a while back. Go faster paint job and a smaller screen. Called it a K1600GT Sport. Didn't foll anybody then.

Most want a better screen, not smaller. The standard screen is ok, buy you can do a lot better 8)
