Hmmm, like the Red colour, not sure I would want a sports screen though.

For Mars Red read Postman Pat.  Remember it on the R1100RS many years ago.

The Iconic is nice as well, but this red is an official BMW colour, rather than a bike painted just for the UK market by 8 ball.

How times change!

I wanted to buy the red RT in 2005, but the dealer persuaded me that I would have trouble selling it on as it would not be a popular colour. The dealers did not order the colour for their showroom bikes either.

If wonder if the standard height screen will be a factory option for the new red RT?

It says that Platinum Bronze Metallic is discontinued. Mine is that colour and naturally, I like it.  Now a collectors item? A vain thought.
So when is this “old enough to know better” supposed to kick in?

Now this is truly remarkable.....  We've got near the bottom of the first page and no arguments over which colour is fastest.....  :)
