I'll be on the road for 8am as I'm calling to Alan Jefferies to collect my Nav 6 on the way to the departure lounge. (ETA 10am Morrisons)  so will miss your weather forecast at 9am, but looking at the weather reports were all good to go  :)

Anytime prior to departing at 10:30, some folks have been known to arrive earlier for a "Big Breakfast", usually around 10:00.

Good morning all, it's currently dark & dry here at IB, what's it like where you are.

Looking at the BBC Weather website, it's suggesting light rain/showers between 15:00 & 17:00 in Skipton.
It may make sense to reverse the route. Heading to Skipton via Fewston, Keighley, then back to Wetherby.

Will update again before 08:00, once it's daylight & more info. on the weather is available, standby.

It's now dry with light cloud here at IB, for that reason, "I'm in", see you at Morrisons Café, Wetherby for a 10:30 departure, earlier if you are having breakfast before setting off.

Will probably stick with plan A, "plan the ride, ride the plan".

Great pics, looks like you had a good ride. When the RAC guy turned up my bike fired up ok and has been ok since!! On the ride over to Wetherby I noticed that the rear heated seat was switched on. I switched it off, but this might have caused the drained battery.
I'll catch up with you next time out.
