Hello to all from a soon to be new RT owner / another adventure

I have a trip planned in the spring from Maine down the east coast ( hwy 1 ) to So Cal , via Florida loop, back up to Cody Wy ( TETONS ) and cut over to Astoria Oregon and back down hwy 1 to southern california
I will be doing some mods as I wanted black motor and drive train on a Artic white RT
I will be ordering a Mars red, red trim panels will be removed for color change and complete 3m clear bra after paint work is complete.
All ABS plastic will be hydrodipped carbon black to match Remus exhaust silencer carbon weave pattern, the silver items will be electroplated black
( handlebar , foot peg mounts, rear grab handles )
This is my third BMW and I have a Rare K1 Luftmeister turbo intercooled
I will keep you posted on the build progress
