Anyone else having difficulty accessing the Rainbow BMW Parts Fiche lately. They seem to have changed the format and I can't get past their new Home Page.

Recently phoned Rainbow BMW & asked the same question. The reply was something about change of ownership & normal service would be resumed sometime next month (December 2017).

Thanks, the MAX BMW parts list is very good, it also includes some photos.

The Rainbow BMW list had parts prices in £'s not $'s, hopefully, this will be available again in the future.

Same here, I used the MAX BMW for some time before discovering the Rainbow site which as David says, gives the prices in Sterling. Thanks anyway bandytales.

I'm confused.com, the link takes you to a site with Rybrook Warwick BMW (UK) in the top right-hand corner.

Have entered the VIN-code for my RT to compare prices against a quote recently received from a UK dealer for some parts.

Looking at the pivot bearings for the FD unit, https://www.online-parts.co.uk/bmw-bike ... nth=04#sub,
04 Angular contact ball bearing, radial (33117665037) is £39.38 (incl. 19 % VAT excl. Shipping costs).

VAT is 20% and the quote I've got gives a cost of £35.81 (inc. VAT) for the same bearing.

Rainbow are no more.  Taken over by Jeffries I think.

Yep, Shaun and Lorna have retired and Rainbow is now Allan Jeffries South Yorkshire. Everyone else has stayed on.
