Nav V - strange display

Post by BeeJay »

Hello,
I have a Nav V with the latest map installed, Europe DEM.
Whilst out on a very enjoyable Boxing day ride to Portmadog I noticed that my "track" was not on the road but a considerable distance to one side. Also the map display was weird in that the roads appear to be drawn with straight lines, no curves. Gentle bends in the road looked like sharp corners.
I haven't used it since the last map install so don't know whether it's my Nav or the loaded maps.
Has anyone else had problems?
Thanks

Have a look to see which map is loaded.  I get this when the correct map has failed to load with just the 3D map loading. A reboot usually cures it.

Thanks for the reply.Using Express I reloaded the map to the Nav. All okay now.
Must have corrupted when loaded originally and I didn't notice it.
Back to planning the next ride.
